Reliability Engineer II

to create, implement, and monitor Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs that maximize equipment availability and reliability. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and guide plant teams in best practices for reliability and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

Monitor reliability systems including preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring Develop and maintain PMRs (Preventive Maintenance Routines) and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for plant equipment Manage preventative/predictive maintenance programs (inspection, vibration, oil analysis, NDT, thermography) Coordinate work order execution with operations and central maintenance teams Lead, coach, and provide direction to reliability and plant teams Perform root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, FMEA, statistical review, and other techniques to eliminate recurring problems Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability and MTBF of major equipment Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance; cultivate a culture of safety Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 5–7 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment Experience with FFT analysis of vibration spectra on heavy industrial equipment Practical knowledge of FMEA, NDT inspection techniques, instrumentation, process controls, motors, starters, and VFDs preferred Proficient in SAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel 0–10% Additional Requirements
