Prepare cost estimates and cost plans, incorporating benchmarking data for review. Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency. Identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register. Contribute to pre-contract process meetings, offering cost-related insights. Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance. Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions. Participate in design team meetings, assess cost implications, and implement agreed outcomes. Assist in developing standardized project templates for consistent documentation. Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports. Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews. Onsite at client site: work location is onsite with clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. Some in-person time for collaboration to support work/life needs where feasible. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years of cost management experience Proficient in the use of CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc. Compensation & Location
Salary range: $150,000 — $175,000 per year. Location: Dallas, TX. Notice
