Serve as primary client‑facing point of contact: understand investor goals, risk‑return preferences and liquidity constraints; articulate the firm’s private equity offerings and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate closely with the investment, structuring and legal teams to ensure all client documentation, disclosures and subscription processes are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor ongoing investor relationships: provide regular updates on fund / SPV performance, market trends, and value creation initiatives; anticipate investor questions and serve as a responsive liaison.
Maintain CRM records and sales analytics: track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, investor segments, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
Support marketing and thought leadership efforts: contribute to investor communications, pitch books, webinars, and events to enhance the firm’s visibility in the private markets ecosystem.
Stay abreast of developments in the private equity market, including fund‑raises, SPV structuring, regulatory changes (e.g., private placement rules) and competitive landscape; leverage insights to inform sales positioning and value proposition.
Qualifications
