Finance Data Scientist .

As a Finance Data Scientist, you will: Build machine learning and econometric models to forecast revenue, profit margins, EBITDA, NPV, and more. Develop time-series and predictive models (including DCF, CLV, stochastic modelling) to improve short- and long-term cash flow forecasting. Use econometric analysis to understand macroeconomic factors (inflation, interest rates, etc.) affecting financial performance. Create attribution models to uncover key drivers of demand and customer behaviour. Lead the development of a self-serve AI analytics platform with conversational AI for real-time insights. Clean and manage large financial datasets from sources like GCP, SAP, ERP systems. Simulate alternative financial scenarios to assess risk and resilience. Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Marketing, Treasury, and Strategy teams. Qualifications: Advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 6+ years in financial analytics, econometrics, or applied data science. Deep experience with time-series, regression, survival modelling, and panel data econometrics. Hands-on with machine learning tools (XGBoost, LSTM, Prophet). Proficient in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels), R, and SQL. Strong grasp of corporate finance (DCF, NPV, P&L, cash flow). Experience with cloud data environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Project Overview:
