RPA Architect & Orchestrator Administrator

The ideal candidate combines hands-on UiPath experience with the ability to translate complex requirements into secure, maintainable, and high-impact solutions. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of IT experience (software development, system administration, or automation). UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification required. Proven experience managing UiPath Orchestrator environments. Experience building and optimizing queries in ServiceNow and using Splunk (SPL) for data discovery, analysis, and integration into automation workflows. Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Clearance

Experience leading automation projects or small technical teams. Ability to incorporate AI and large language models (LLMs) into RPA workflows to enhance efficiency, and process intelligence. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and the ability to integrate insights into UiPath or other data-driven automation processes. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query) to extend automation capabilities across enterprise systems. Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements in automation environments. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to optimizing workflows and scaling automation solutions. Familiarity with cybersecurity-related data (e.g., CVEs, security risks, network traffic, authentication events) and leveraging Splunk to automate monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows through RPA or other integration mechanisms. Architect, develop, and deploy scalable automations using UiPath and Power Automate. Administer UiPath Orchestrator environments (Cloud), including unattended bot configuration, virtual machine setup and requirements translation, tenant management, and license tracking for both attended and unattended bots. Establish automation standards, reusable components, and governance best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, lead implementations, and ensure timely delivery. Integrate RPA workflows with platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Power Suite, and other enterprise systems. Location: Remote work, DMV area onsite a few times per year in Washington, DC.
