New Home Counselor (NHC) at Beazer Homes acts as the face of the company, delivering an elevated, seamless homebuying experience from the first model home visit to keys handoff. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales goals by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets Educate prospective and current customers about Beazer’s product offerings through calls, emails, texts, and events Provide high-level customer care and service throughout the full sales and closing cycle Demonstrate mastery of Beazer Homes products and services and what differentiates Beazer from competitors Regularly visit competitor communities to understand the market and use data to conduct Competitive Market Analysis for strategic success Maintain model home(s) and community appearance to the highest standards
Education & Experience
Valid Driver’s License in the state of employment Preferred: 3+ years of proven success in sales or customer service Where required, a valid Real Estate license for state of operation
Skills & Abilities
Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals in a commission-based sales environment Strong commitment to delivering a customer-first experience with enthusiasm Proven teamwork skills and collaborative approach High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication and connect effectively with customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly Resilient and motivated, able to overcome objections in a competitive sales setting Ability to understand and communicate technical construction and design concepts clearly and engagingly
Technical Knowledge & Experience
Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools to manage leads and track interactions Basic understanding of mortgage financing is preferred
Physical Requirements
Able to work in the sales office of the model home or temporary sales offices Willing to visit and guide buyers through lots and communities in various completion stages, with varying temperature and noise levels Able to visit neighboring communities for competitor information and remote locations for training
