Plant Operations Manager
for County Prestress & Precast LLC in Roberts, WI. Job Duties
Develops production schedules to meet internal goals as well as the expectations of customers. Strong strategic planning, resource management, and problem solving to improve overall business and staff performance. Working to streamline operations and maintain compliance and regulations. Identify and implement improvements to existing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. Overseeing and management of budgets, resources, and procurement to ensure optimal utilization. Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including long-term goals and short-term actions. Leading, motivating, and supporting teams, including delegating tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations. Develop and maintain a culture that promotes adherence to best practices, company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Monitoring and maintaining quality standards for products and services. Preparing and presenting reports on operation performance to senior management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide teams, build relationships, and communicate effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with relevant software and systems. Strong partner with other on-site business divisions. Work Environment
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards Work in a noisy environment Physical Requirements
Sitting Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds Standing / Walking / Climbing Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder Experience & Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Bilingual a plus. May be required to meet certain certifications in field. Summary
