LakshumiTek Consulting (on behalf of AgriLex) is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) to validate and refine regulatory workflows for an AI-powered regulatory intelligence and compliance platform focused on agricultural inputs. The role bridges regulatory interpretation, testing, and digital validation, working closely with product, AI, and data teams. Key Responsibilities
Validate compliance logic and workflows for global regulatory frameworks (EU 2019/1009, Italy 75/2010, REACH, CLP, FCO, AAPFCO, EPA, etc.). Ensure product classification, labeling, and dossier modules align with current national and regional regulations. Test regulatory flows and decision trees for accuracy, consistency, and logical completeness. Identify ambiguities or outdated interpretations in regulatory mappings and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to improve validation datasets and ground-truth rules. Translate regulatory texts into structured decision logic for digital use. Support internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions on evolving agricultural regulations. Qualifications
Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or Regulatory Affairs. 5+ years experience in agricultural input product compliance (fertilizers, biostimulants, crop protection). Proficiency in interpreting global agricultural input regulations (EU, US, India, or others). Experience in product registration, dossier preparation, or label validation. Familiarity with regulatory databases or digital compliance tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail. About the Role Details
