Oversee daily field operations on a large, ground-up multifamily site Coordinate trades, ensure jobsite safety, and maintain pace on the master schedule Enforce quality control across concrete, framing, MEP, and finish trades Serve as a right-hand to the Lead Superintendent Manage jobsite documentation, inspections, and short-interval planning What You Bring
20+ years of construction experience, with recent multifamily and podium work A steady work history in the DFW market (local relationships are key) Strong familiarity with vertical concrete and structural systems Proficiency with Procore, scheduling software, and team leadership Excellent communication and trade coordination skills Why Join Us?
