WYLD Sales Account Managers are responsible for planning and executing a sales strategy, building strong partnerships, maintaining acceptable AR levels, and driving growth within their assigned market. The SAM focuses on obtaining new partner accounts and expanding relationships with existing partners using the Sales Playbook and available resources. Account Managers oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including pricing negotiations, marketing/merchandising initiatives, AR collections, in-store promotions, event scheduling, educating budtenders and end-consumers, and order fulfillment. Effective communicators who can influence change will excel in this role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Drive sales and market share growth Create and execute quarterly market plans 75% of time managing current account base Analyze sales trends and store inventory to advise purchasing on product quantity to prevent stock-outs Influence purchasing teams and store advocates to onboard new and additional SKUs Assess stores promotional needs and implement promotions for best ROI Schedule events and customer appreciation demos to educate end-consumers and budtenders Schedule budtender education to capture advocates and influence sales Review online marketing assets to ensure high-quality imagery Influence in-store merchandising and marketing opportunities to position Wyld as a premier partner Share up-to-date media kits with the right contacts Business development 25% of time spent on hunting for new business and closing deals Prioritize pipeline to achieve saturation targets Creatively solve problems and overcome objections Understand licenses within the territory to be shelf-ready before stores open Power map prospects to influence all decision makers and stakeholders Negotiate pricing and terms Accounts receivable management and communication on invoicing and collections Weekly notes with action plans on overdues, credits, or write-offs Ensure timely processing of credit memos Weekly and daily administrative tasks Responsible for all duties related to sales Create a weekly route plan based on meetings and action items Maintain a real-time pipeline and update Salesforce daily Respond promptly to clients and confirm orders/deliveries in advance Respond to internal and external communications with urgency Monitor competitive activity and report intelligence timely Stay informed on competitor products and internal initiatives Collaborate with finance, inventory, and distribution to ensure proper planning and execution Provide internal feedback about marketing assets, competitors, and innovation This position requires up to 80% travel within the defined territory Qualifications

3-5 years of sales and account management experience; prior cannabis or alcohol industry sales is preferred Excellent communication skills Experience with Salesforce and Business Central preferred Highly motivated and results-driven Strong attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organizational skills Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs Must obtain all state-required cannabis permits, licenses, and certifications ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred Willing to submit to a background check and motor vehicle report; valid driver license required Reliable transportation for daily in-person account visits Applicants must be 21 years of age or older per state regulations Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Benefits
