Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater projects, including design and process understanding for infrastructure projects. Manage both public and private projects with a focus on local municipal and quasi-governmental clients (e.g., water/sewer authorities). Apply strong knowledge of Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and Microsoft Office; experience with InfoWorks WS and/or InfoWater (Innovyze) is preferred. Coordinate and develop project staff, guiding their professional growth and evaluating performance to maximize potential. Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget with appropriate high-level supervision around objectives and limits. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is acceptable. Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) required. Minimum 15+ years of experience designing municipal water and wastewater projects. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proven ability to analyze, coordinate, and manage several large or complex projects concurrently. Ability to build and develop project staff and work with diverse teams. Knowledge of project tracking software (Vision, Microsoft Project) and intermediate proficiency in Word/Excel. Benefits and Conditions
