The S+OP/E Business Architect will serve as a key strategist and designer in shaping the future of our supply chain planning capabilities. This role leads the development of new business processes, translating operational needs into scalable solutions that align with our end-to-end planning vision. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test our Blue Yonder supply chain tool, ensuring it integrates with existing systems, drives data-driven decision making, and supports continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities

Create scalable business process designs in support of Blue Yonder and SAP supply chain transformation. Lead enablement of supply chain solutions and capabilities spanning people, process, data and tools to solve new supply chain challenges. Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and finance groups across the organization. Serve as a primary contact for integration programs in Intel's transformation projects. Help create training material and ramp current operations analysts onto the new system. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. 4+ years of experience with Supply Planning Operations, Solutioning or Integration. Experience with Blue Yonder and/or SAP system use, configuration and deployment. Experience implementing, executing or contributing to Sales and Operations Planning. Experience in Business Operations (Demand, Supply, and/or Sales Support). Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. 8+ years of experience with Supply Chain Operations, Solutioning or Integration. 4+ years of experience with: collaborating with stakeholders to develop prioritized requirements, delivering high-quality work on time for cross-organizational projects, driving process and problem solving across functional areas, data analysis to support program decisions, planning and execution of user acceptance testing, business process development, documentation, and user training. Familiarity with industry-standard supply planning frameworks. Semiconductor manufacturing knowledge and experience is preferred. Job Details

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,850.00-233,240.00 USD. The range reflects minimum to maximum target compensation across all US locations.
