Senior Project Manager
to be an integral part of our growing Professional Services organization. In this role you will engage in managing the implementation and configuration of the Litify platform (Salesforce) to migrate our clients, set them up for success on Litify, and ensure a timely and smooth go-live on their projects. What You'll Do
Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects.
Plan and drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in-scope project work.
Identify project risks and develop and lead risk mitigation plans.
Manage project scope and document and present change orders for out-of-scope deliverables.
Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other team members from Service Delivery during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks.
Travel to customers on-site as needed (e.g., UAT, Go-Live).
Ensure effective project governance by providing strong team leadership, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, and holding team members accountable for deliverables, timelines, and adherence to project standards.
Mentor and coach project management team to improve delivery and encourage skill development.
Support development and adherence to internal project methodology and company policies.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management or program experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resources.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong decision-making abilities.
Excellent time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship-building skills and ability to achieve results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or prior experience on Salesforce implementation projects.
Ability to document customer business requirements and translate to high-level technical requirements for internal team members.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Willing to travel (~20%).
Nice to Have
Experience with law firms or corporate legal departments, including matter/case management, timekeeping, billing practices, financial/account solutions or ERP solutions.
Project Management Institute certification.
Disclosures The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $95,000-110,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, skill set, and internal equity relative to peers at the company. The range above reflects the expectations as laid out in the job description; updated ranges may be communicated if a candidate is less or more experienced than described.
