You will have the following tasks:
Development and application of algorithms for automatic image segmentation
Implementation of workflows for big data management and data integration
Conduct quantitative image analysis and statistical evaluations
Work closely with experimental partners to coordinate analysis and data requirements
Dissemination of research results through presentations at internal seminars/workshops and international conferences, with particular emphasis on the publication of papers on the research topic in peer-reviewed journals
The position offers the opportunity to pursue a part-time doctoral degree.
