Fayetteville, NC, Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (with bonus plan) What You’ll Do
Be the technical backbone for the HVAC service department. Build and deliver hands-on and classroom training that helps techs win. Conduct ride-alongs and provide coaching that improves performance. Create training materials, videos, and SOPs that raise the standard. Ensure ServiceTitan documentation and photo quality are best-in-class. Support a culture of right-the-first-time work and continuous improvement. What It Takes
Master-level HVAC knowledge — diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and install. Strong communicator and coach — you can teach what you know. Physically capable of demonstrating work in the field. Preferred: NATE, EPA, or advanced certifications. Proven track record of training, coaching and developing teams. Bonus points: Experience training teams using Nexstar's Service Systems or Training Mastery. What It Feels Like to Work Here
