Overview
Risk Management Analyst and Master Scheduler role at Dynamo Technologies, LLC. This position is on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (APG). Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Army Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program. This role will provide programmatic support to the Army’s PM PNT portfolio, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination across acquisition, engineering, and sustainment activities. The PM PNT SETA supports planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army’s PNT portfolio. PM PNT provides a coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and PNT products for the Army’s mounted and dismounted platforms. PM PNT is the lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and Alt Nav Technology Development, and the RSAM efforts, for both CONUS and OCONUS. Historically this effort has been performed by 70 FTE. Duties / Responsibilities
Develop, update, and manage PM PNT product IMSs utilizing Microsoft Project synchronized with Project Web Application (PWA). Ensure alignment with the PWA Enterprise “Standard” Calendar and the DCMA 14-point Schedule Assessment (number 5). Attend classified and unclassified PM PNT product, platform, and client contracting meetings and reviews, including risk management working groups; meet with product offices and functional leads to gather schedule inputs; provide critical path and scheduling information; present resulting schedule products. Follow PM PNT Policy and standards in IMS development and maintenance. Provide IMS schedule data to support Acquisition Strategies, the schedule portion of the Acquisition Program Baseline, and milestone updates to PM PNT leadership and higher headquarters. Provide IMS schedule data to support Acquisition Strategies and milestone decision briefs or updates to PM PNT leadership and higher headquarters. Monitor program schedule and expenditure reports to track progress and identify potential cost/schedule issues. Update program documentation and briefings to incorporate revised schedules and data. Provide configuration control for documentation, track acquisition documentation, and maintain SharePoint sites. Track and respond to taskers from internal and external customers. Required Skills / Abilities
Expertise in Microsoft Project, Primavera (or similar) programs. Operational support experience. Ability to leverage AI to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the Integrated Master Scheduler role. Ability to develop, update, and manage PM PNT Risk Management products using Government-provided risk management tools. Ability to modify the PM PNT risk management plan in accordance with IPT and leadership decisions. Ability to manage and lead PM PNT product Risk IPTs where risks are identified and documented. Ability to document the status of all PM PNT product risks and provide risk-related information for incorporation into product acquisition documentation. Ability to prepare risk materials, attend, and brief risk status at PM PNT product meetings including PMRs, IPRs, and milestone reviews. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with DoD systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling is highly desired. Education and Experience
A bachelor\'s degree with 7 years of experience, or a master\'s degree with 5 years, or 11 years experience in DoD program scheduling. Travel Requirement
