Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies. Qualifications
You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing. Experience with data analysis and statistical process control. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. We Value
Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent. Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results. Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions. Strong project management skills. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing.
