As a Customer Service Representative in our Advisory Annuity phone team, you will help individuals and businesses prepare for and protect their retirement. You will take inbound calls from advisors and clients wanting to service their annuity contract. Calls may involve withdrawals, contributions, and in-force contracts; some calls may be related to new business. You will also process non-financial requests, such as updating owner or beneficiary information on a contract. The team delivers a quality experience with each interaction while maintaining service level agreements. Approximately 75% of your day will be spent on inbound calls (avg 20 calls per day) and 25% on processing requests. Qualifications and Core Competencies: Driven candidates eager to build a rewarding career in financial services Strong communicators who excel in service-oriented roles A completed or nearly completed bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics or related field) Ability to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and working through computer systems simultaneously Two years of solid work experience in a service-related field (e.g., Restaurant, Call Center, Banking, Retail, Administrative, Hospitality) Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work To pursue this opportunity, please send your updated resume to
