$80-95 per year (12 month contract) Training & Assignment:

Candidate selected will work at the Chelmsford MA facility for badging and training (2-3 weeks). After training, contractor will work full‑time at Nashua, NH 03060. Overview

Collaborates with internal quality, engineering, and manufacturing functions and suppliers to ensure quality standards and product requirements are met. Ensures supplier contract requirements are implemented and verified. Monitors quality control activities and systems at supplier facilities and maintains feedback loops. Performs surveillance ensuring supplier's conformance to company and program requirements. Performs source inspections, first articles, manufacturing process validations, source surveillance, and special process audits, as applicable. Provides internal and supplier support for root cause and corrective/preventive actions related to supplier discrepancies. Supports supplier failure investigations as required. Ensures control of supplier nonconforming items, conducts analyses and monitors effectiveness of corrective actions at the supplier. Responsibilities

6+ years Electronics Experience 6+ years Supplier Management Experience 6+ years Supplier Quality Experience 6+ years experience in Supply Chain 6+ years experience in Relationship Building 6+ years experience as a Team Player 6+ years Electrical Testing Experience 6+ years Quality Assurance/Quality Control Experience 6+ years Quality Management System (QMS) Desired Skills

Aerospace Experience Electronics Manufacturing and Testing Experience Technical degree at the Bachelor level or above from an accredited college Skills and experience working with complex machined parts, electrical and electronic assemblies Strong understanding of how to manage and interface with suppliers daily to support the Program Understanding of the MFC SAP and Procure to Pay (P2P) business systems ASQ Certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, or Certified Quality Improvement Associate) Experience with source inspection, special process surveys, purchase order reviews and surveillance activities at suppliers Demonstrated leadership and customer relationship management skills Benefits provided
