Support West Coast expansion initiatives within Shaner Solutions. Contribute to GAAP accounting tasks and maintain accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Collaborate with team members and provide clear written and verbal communication. Balance independent work with teamwork as needed to achieve department goals. Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ related work experience. A bachelor's or associate degree in accounting is preferred. Basic GAAP accounting knowledge; strong critical thinking and solid computer skills. Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills. Customer-service orientation with the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities both in the field and on the team. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills; proficiency in relevant computer software; knowledge of property management systems; knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. About Us
