Position Overview:

IPP is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Accountant

to join our growing finance team. This role will support the current Controller. The Senior Accountant will play a vital role in financial reporting, strategic projects, and contributing to day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Work closely with the Controller to enhance and streamline accounting processes Support monthly and year-end close processes Contribute to audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Help implement financial systems upgrades or integrations, as needed Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data Provide mentorship and technical accounting guidance to junior staff, as required Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or asset-heavy business Experience with expense management systems Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with leadership during a time of transition Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of international payments and FX Knowledge of VAT Experience with payroll processing systems Proficient with accounting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 4% employer match Paid time off and holidays Life and disability insurance On-the-job training No C2C or Agencies please Seniority level
