$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr What you'll do

Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on processes and procedures. Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches to resolve member complaints and issues according to company guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the Open Door Policy. Participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicate and support membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals; and participate in sales and marketing events. Maintain documentation such as marketing recaps and other required records; strive to meet membership goals; promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and guiding use of self-service technology. Assist members with transactions at registers or self-checkout and ensure pickup orders are fulfilled. Oversee area operations by handling claims and returns, organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, maintaining cart/flatbed availability, and keeping the parking area clean. Complete accounting records and transactions following office procedures; support cash handling, deposits, and cash fund transfers; investigate overages/shortages; maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers and other stakeholders; analyze information, monitor progress, and address improvement opportunities. Promote and support compliance with company policies and ethics; explain and apply these in daily processes and assist management with addressing issues. Lead and participate in teams, align resources to customer needs and business priorities, provide feedback and support, and model adaptability to change. Benefits and compensation

6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred qualifications

Experience leading a front-end team; supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload Additional details
