The

Senior Analyst or Associate, Project Finance

will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the firm’s project and portfolio-level financing activities, including tax equity, debt, and structured equity transactions. This position will work directly with senior members of the Project Finance, Capital Markets, and Development teams to model transactions, prepare financing materials, manage diligence processes, and help close financings across the firm’s growing renewable energy portfolio. This role offers significant exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to build long-term career growth within a dynamic, entrepreneurial platform. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed project and portfolio-level financial models to support valuation, structuring, and sensitivity analyses. Incorporate partnership-flip, lease pass-through, and sale-leaseback structures for tax equity and debt financings. Model and assess merchant exposure, hedge structures, and other risk mitigants. Support execution of project-level and platform-level financing transactions, including debt, tax equity, and equity capital raises. Coordinate with lenders, tax equity investors, and advisors through diligence and closing processes. Assist in negotiation and review of key project documents (PPA, EPC, O&M, interconnection, etc.) to assess bankability and financial impacts. Conduct research on energy markets, pricing trends, and policy developments relevant to renewable energy finance. Track portfolio performance and financing metrics across active and pipeline projects. Prepare investor, lender, and board-level materials to support financing decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with development, engineering, and asset management teams to evaluate project readiness and optimize capital structure. Support commercial negotiations by providing financial insights and risk assessments. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred. 2–5 years of experience in

renewable energy project finance, investment banking, structured finance, or tax equity advisory . Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling; familiarity with VBA or Python a plus. Strong understanding of project finance concepts, capital stack mechanics, and financial due diligence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus commensurate with experience.
