Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a small, collaborative marketing team. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of marketing for construction, utilities, or related industries. This individual will play a key role in producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that communicate complex ideas through clear, visually compelling design. This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon. Graphic Designer Responsibilities

Design and produce visually engaging proposal graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with brand standards. Develop layouts, charts, infographics, and visual elements to effectively communicate technical and strategic content. Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and project management teams to support proposal and client presentation efforts. Create and maintain branded templates, document styles, and other design assets for consistent use across materials. Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and digital channels. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal in all materials while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. Provide creative input for brand storytelling, digital content, and internal communication projects. Graphic Designer Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to design clear, professional layouts and graphics for proposals and client-facing documents. Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling visuals. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts effectively.
