Description: as a freelance sales associate, you provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations and deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience to educate and delight customers. You may also contribute to high-performing in-store events and visual merchandising that differentiates the store from competitors. Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail setting. Deliver makeup application, skincare, fragrance, and hair consultations as part of in-store experiences. Collaborate with a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising. Qualifications
Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software. Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: The anticipated hourly range is $24.00 to $36.00. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, and location. Hourly range may vary by geography. The position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, eligibility for a competitive bonus program based on performance and company results. Benefits include health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, with many benefits subsidized or fully paid by the company.
