Shaw Search Partners is proud to partner with a global digital marketing firm to identify a Photo Editor for its talented team. The Photo Editor plays a key role on the Content and Production team, delivering high-quality visual content for hospitality clients, including hotels, destinations, and restaurants. This role requires advanced technical skills, a strong eye for design and photography, and a strategic approach to storytelling. Responsibilities

Edit, retouch, and color-correct collections of high-quality images for various clients. Curate and refine visual content to tell a cohesive brand story, using an editorial eye to align imagery with tone, mood, and identity. Develop and execute visual narratives that reflect and enhance each client's unique brand identity. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Content Strategists to create mood boards, shot lists, and campaign visuals. Assist with pre-production and post-production efforts, working with the production team to conceptualize shoot direction and select final images. Research and implement new technologies and tools to enhance workflow, increase efficiency, and elevate deliverables. Edit video assets when necessary, ensuring consistency across visual formats. Push the boundaries of visual content creation and keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends. Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential visual content challenges. Capture in-office photography and videography for various internal and external needs. Manage storage of photography and videography assets through server systems and drives, ensuring proper backup and security protocols. Use AI platforms to generate images as needed. Skills & Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere) and other industry-standard editing software. Exceptional understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles. Experience editing and curating high-volume lifestyle or brand imagery. Ability to work effectively across teams, managing projects and timelines to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and provide clear, constructive feedback. Demonstrated ability to stay on top of photography trends and innovations, implementing new ideas to enhance content quality. Expertise in both still photography and video editing, with the ability to ensure consistency across all visual formats. Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration, ensuring both efficiency and creative innovation. Other Requirements
