We’re looking for an
experienced Executive Chef
to lead BOH operations in our
high-volume, scratch kitchen . You’ll partner with restaurant leaders to deliver consistent quality, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
Support and exude a mindset of our “Hungry, Humble, Smart” culture.
BOH operations: maintain recipe consistency, food quality, and waste control.
Practice and maintain high cleanliness and safety.
Maintain par levels, ordering systems, and inventory control to manage food and labor costs effectively.
Practice and support BOH cost control initiatives to hit P&L targets and budgets.
Mentor and develop kitchen staff to build high-performance teams.
Partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and the dining room.
Develop an understanding of beverage offerings, including wine, to complement menu pairings.
Represent and uphold values of authenticity, innovation, and leadership in every decision.
What We’re Looking For
Proven work history in a high-volume, upscale, polished dining environment in a corporate restaurant setting ($6M+ annual revenue).
3+ years of stable, progressive work history as an Executive Chef.
Strong BOH experience including complete P&L management.
Solid understanding and experience working in corporate systems.
Creative problem solver with a calm presence under pressure.
Compensation & Location Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
