Inside Sales Representative role at US LBM. $24.00 - $30.00 per hour What You Will Do
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations. Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales. Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work orders, credit returns, return authorizations, pick tickets, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly. Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products. Obtain information on pricing specifications, uses and availability. Manage schedules for projects by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and assigned customers. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed. Check back orders and resolve outstanding issues; solve billing problems and compile data for closing. Handle special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing and special price lists. Develop and grow professional relationships with customers. Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems. Comply with the company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Required For All Jobs

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in the building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application required. 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred. Skills And Abilities
Ability to operate computer, calculator and cash register. Knowledge of building supplies, applications, related equipment, and the construction industry. Good interpersonal and customer relations skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with inventory and inventory control.
