In-House Sales Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations. The role supports the sales management team in closing sales to qualified guests and upholding the Spirit of Service culture to drive company success. Responsibilities
Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture. Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of the sales line through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers. Qualifications
Previous Sales Management experience in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry is highly preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a TO closing sales. At least 3 years of “branded” timeshare/vacation ownership sales experience. High school graduate or equivalent. Benefits
