POSITION DESCRIPTION: QCELLS Home Energy Solutions seeks a Commissioning and Performance Analyst to monitor projects through administrative and specialized expertise within the Home Energy System division. You will be responsible for working within and leading support teams in coordination with Customer Advocates and third-party service providers. Major responsibilities include verification and management of the fleet of residential solar projects post installation, updating customers and third-party contractors to support on-time and correct installation commissioning. This position supports solar operations to match business growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills. This position will be based in one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities

Ensure solar project commissioning is 100% complete and accurate before issuing approval to internal finance teams. Manage quality of construction and adherence to the scope of work for system performance. Issue deficiency notices to installations with commissioning errors. Proactive fleet management for all systems in service, to confirm performance and monitoring expectations. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement. Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best practices. Update CRM, fulfillment portal, third party financier portals and various other business tools. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience, including 1+ year of experience with one or more Solar OEM inverter and Battery installation and commissioning procedures. Ability to read solar plan sets. Detailed analytical thinker with impeccable attention to detail. Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present regarding management, vision and strategy in internal and external forums. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment. Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment and learn from feedback quickly. Process-driven with focus on long-term solutions. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Construction, Roofing, Solar or Electrical. Company note
