Your skills will play a crucial role in crafting the future of our ERP capabilities, guaranteeing smooth integration and impeccable implementation. Responsibilities
Manage ERP product backlogs, roadmaps, and collaborator communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement ERP solutions. Guarantee seamless incorporation of ERP systems with other business applications through the utilization of Infor ION, BODs, M3 CloudSuite, APIs, and integration frameworks. Map business processes into ERP functionality, providing exceptionally tailored solutions. Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes within delivery teams, ensuring timely and quality project completion. Communicate effectively with senior collaborators using strong leadership abilities. Monitor and strictly adhere to project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications
7+ years of ERP experience, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant in Infor M3. Strong knowledge of one or more Infor M3 domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution). Established track record in supervising ERP product backlogs, roadmaps, and customer communications. Familiarity with Infor ION, BODs, M3 CloudSuite, APIs, and integration frameworks. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding communication, facilitation, and leadership qualities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional delivery teams. What we offer
