This role is an Inside Sales Associate on the Commercial team, an early-career position designed for individuals passionate about sales, technology, and healthcare. This role is fully onsite at our Plano, Texas location and offers visibility across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams with opportunities for advancement for top performers. This is a high-impact position requiring independent judgment, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes. Responsibilities

Conduct strategic and targeted outreach to existing FinThrive customers and new prospects Build, maintain and progress a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and avoid territory overlap Partner with Regional Sales and Customer Success teams to coordinate efforts Engage with Product Management to share feedback and support solution proposals Drive outreach strategy, tailor messaging, and identify high-potential opportunities based on market data and customer KPIs Use Salesforce CRM to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately Travel up to 25% for customer meetings, team collaboration, and industry events What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy mindset and comfort with CRM tools and virtual selling platforms Self-starter attitude with enthusiasm and a high sense of urgency Leadership and/or Sales experience from your college, community or job experience Preferred Qualifications

Natural storyteller who can connect solutions to real-world pain points Coding experience and/or RCM-related certifications or degree Skilled at building rapport quickly and authentically Analytical thinker who can use data (e.g., denial rates, turnover metrics, compliance gaps) to assess needs and build urgency Familiarity with healthcare or SaaS is a plus About FinThrive
