Overview

Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming and offers a wide range of gaming, dining, and entertainment options. The property features a large selection of slot machines, live table games, entertainment venues, dining areas, and a bar with nightly live entertainment. This role is within Slot Operations and reports to the Slot Shift Manager. Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Slot Shift Manager, assist Slot management in all phases of Slot operations. Provide leadership, integrity, and management of the operations on the shift, including currency and ticket accountability, staffing and scheduling, and adherence to procedures that support Slot operations while maintaining high standards of player service. Adhere to Seminole Tribe policies and procedures. Monitor daily jackpot and hopper fill transactions for accuracy and response time. Supervise Slot attendants on assigned shift within the assigned section; assist in training, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating Slot attendants. Handle employee and customer complaints and disputes; promote positive customer service, safety, security, and a friendly atmosphere. Coordinate with change personnel, security officers, and other staff to ensure smooth slot operations and payouts; monitor IRS currency transaction reporting requirements. Safeguard casino property and ensure security and integrity of operations; report developments affecting casino operations to the Slot Shift Manager or Assistant. Ensure compliance with all tribal and gaming regulations; participate in slot special events as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum one (1) year Slot Attendant or Slot Technician experience, or one (1) year of casino experience with prior experience as a Slot Floor Supervisor in a high-volume environment. Knowledge of casino slot games preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work varying shifts and flexible hours. Proficiency in training employees in Slot Operations. Basic mathematical skills, ability to balance cash drawer, and compute discounts and percentages. Basic computer skills; operate handheld validation units. Work Environment

Must be able to work in a smoking environment. Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands; ability to lift up to 30 pounds and use an in-ear communication device. Dexterity to handle and service slot machine parts. Closing / EEO
