Audit Manager
to join their leadership team. This is a long-term growth opportunity with a firm known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to professional development. As an Audit Manager, you’ll take ownership of client engagements, lead and mentor team members, and help drive the continued success of a respected practice in the Metro Detroit area. What You’ll Do
Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable in alignment with firm values. Oversee audit engagements from start to finish, including audits, reviews, and compilations across a range of for-profit industries. Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business operations and goals. Supervise and review work prepared by staff and seniors; ensure adherence to GAAP and professional standards. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and prospective client networks. Coach, mentor, and develop staff through ongoing feedback and professional guidance. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Active
CPA
required. 6+ years
of public accounting experience with a focus on audit services. Strong working knowledge of GAAP and audit methodology. Prior experience leading teams and managing client engagements. Proficiency with audit and accounting software (e.g., CCH ProSystem fx Engagement, CS Professional Suite, Checkpoint, Microsoft Office). Why Join
