Lead integrated brand, digital, social, and channel strategy for key clients. Develop brand platforms that guide how brands show up meaningfully across touchpoints — from storytelling to participation. Use audience, cultural, and performance data to uncover insights and inform creative direction. Partner closely with creative and media teams to design ideas that are inspiring, relevant, and built to perform across channels. Advocate for participatory brand-building, helping clients see the value of engagement over traditional one-way advertising. Deliver sharp, compelling presentations to clients and internal teams — distilling complex insights into clear, actionable narratives. Support new business efforts with strategic thinking, pitch development, and persuasive presentation of ideas. Mentor junior strategists, cultivating a blend of analytical rigor, cultural fluency, and creative curiosity. Contribute to agency thought leadership, representing the strategic voice externally and internally. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital, social, communications, or brand strategy within a creative or integrated agency. 3+ years of experience in CPG, working on a nationally recognized brand Proven track record of building brand and campaign strategies that integrate creativity, data, and cultural participation. Deep understanding of how ideas move through today’s media ecosystem — from paid to earned to owned. Skilled at turning qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable strategies. Exceptional presenter and creator of slide decks and presentations (Google Slides) — able to communicate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Experience contributing to new business pitches and client growth opportunities. Collaborative, curious, culturally fluent, and confident navigating both creative and analytical discussions. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
