Cash Applications Analyst
Base pay range

Monitor and manage incoming payments, credit notes, and bank bridging accounts, making sure funds are applied swiftly and accurately to outstanding invoices. Collaborate with credit management and outsourced partners to define, implement, and improve cash application rules and processes. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between accounts receivable and customer accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are posted correctly. Lead periodic reconciliation of cash application transactions, coordinating with partners to resolve any issues. Support audits by preparing timely analysis and documentation, maintaining records for quarterly and yearly requirements. Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash application operations. Assist the treasury team with journal entries related to AR factoring. Work closely with the credit and collections team to reduce unapplied cash and support month-end closing processes. Provide ad hoc analysis to support accounting processes and decision-making. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and cash application. Strong knowledge of AR processes, regulations, and best practices. Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar accounting software. Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
