Marcus & Millichap is hiring for a Commercial Real Estate Agent in Columbus, OH. The role is onsite five days per week in our Columbus office. It is a 100% commissioned, 1099 independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential. A real estate license is required and can be completed in conjunction with training. This role is not eligible for company paid benefits and is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Who You Are

Follow the roadmap from mentors and training, with entrepreneurial, autonomous work style Market investment real estate to internal and external clients Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve growth goals Contract and advise clients on investment strategies Prepare analyses of properties, including BOVs and market comps Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers Prospect new client relationships and referral sources Negotiate offers and listing/purchase agreements Participate in ongoing training and skills-development workshops Research ownership records, market data and industry trends Attend networking and industry events Who We Are
