Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests in a timely and accurate manner
Match, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
Prepare and reconcile weekly check runs and ACH payments
Maintain vendor files and assist with 1099 reporting
Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations as needed
Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong proficiency in
Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred)
Experience with
QuickBooks
or
NetSuite
highly preferred
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
