We require candidates to possess a Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) coupled with 6 years of IT experience is acceptable. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and hold an active Top Secret / SCI security clearance by the start date, which must remain valid throughout employment. Additionally, a current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security CE) is mandatory prior to the start date.
Responsibilities In this role, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support encompassing Domain Administration, System Administration, and Network Administration. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the seamless operation of computer systems, applications, and user experiences. Effective communication with multi-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users is essential. Responsibilities also include learning new technologies, acquiring skill sets, and advancing your career while supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. You will handle day-to-day operations, monitor IT systems, and resolve problems for all supported devices, including mobile devices. Moreover, configuration and management of Linux and Windows operating systems will be required, with an emphasis on installing software, applying patches, and enhancing network reliability and performance.
