Generate weekly and monthly reports that surface actionable insights and content recommendations.

Maintain benchmarks and historical performance data to evaluate trends and campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the marketing leads to translate insights into content improvements and future strategies.

Trend Spotting: Build out a system and process leveraging social listening tools and other digital listening platforms to help identify upcoming trends before they happen, upcoming creators who are on-brand and could make sense for W’s feed, new post styles and formats that are starting to go traction, and be on the pulse of social media in general.

Leverage all tools at your disposal including AI to empower W to be a first mover and best in class on social.
