UniFirst Corporation . UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Fleet Coordinator to join our community. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will review, organize, and maintain accurate files and other required documents for all vehicles in the First Aid division fleet. We provide on the job training and have a 5-day work week with two days off each week. Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain accurate records of the fleet vehicles for the First Aid division. Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and file paperwork to support compliance. Notify applicable staff to schedule preventative maintenance. Ensure vehicle mileage amounts are updated weekly. Coordinate registration, initial tag, title, and tag renewals for vehicles. Assist field staff with transfer and retirement of vehicles. Facilitate management of company fuel cards. Communicate and coordinate with field staff regarding miscellaneous van details and status updates. Notify and facilitate vehicle recalls with field staff and leadership. Maintain personal property tax forms on all vehicles. Work with the Department of Revenue on all document processing. Perform additional tasks as requested. Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Must be 18 years of age or older Experience with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to learn UniFirst computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year degree or equivalent experience and/or training is required. Strong communication skills, including writing reports and business correspondence professionally. Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. About UniFirst First Aid + Safety
