At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred Minimum 12 Child Development units completed; Infant/Toddler Development course required for Infant or Toddler positions Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) Transcripts required at time of hire AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate: $25.75 – $31.45 per hour; pay offers based on experience, education, and other factors Hiring incentive: $3,000 payable after 100 days of employment Transportation Allowance: $200 per month for employees working 20+ hours per week Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, career development opportunities, and free college degrees through Horizons CDA & Degree Program Free parking and an Employee Referral Program Additional Information
