The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency; demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers. Leaving a lasting impression on our customers through friendly, efficient interactions at our cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from the moment of receipt through the point of sale is essential to this role. Responsibilities

Cash wrap: greet the customer with a smile and eye contact, offer your name; interact genuinely and naturally; read cues to determine needs; conduct email/name capture where permitted by law; maintain accuracy when operating POS; keep cash wrap organized and clean; suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards; maintain cash and POS media in compliance with policy; create a lasting impression by thanking the customer and providing a reason to return; represent the Coach brand appropriately. Stockroom / Warehouse: receive shipments and transfers; notify Store Management when new product arrives; scan cartons/transfers and verify store information; communicate discrepancies; process shipments/transfers according to Coach standards and timeframes; organize and clean stock room daily (including offsite/remote warehouse as applicable); shift/organize product in stockroom; react to sell-through and make room for new product; manage stock levels in back-of-house and on the sales floor; prepare and conduct regular cycle counts; participate in store physical inventory counts as scheduled; maintain Company Loss Prevention standards. Sales Floor: regularly analyze the sales floor to assess replenishment needs; replenish floor/assigned zone; respond to sell-through and execute visual merchandising needs; support sales floor activities as directed; communicate price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to customers; respond to customer requests confidently and partner with sales team or Store Management when needed; maintain housekeeping standards. Experience:

1–3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical:

Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet); use of walkie talkie; ability to read price and product release sheets. Physical:

Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; move on the sales floor, stock room; ability to climb, bend, kneel; frequently lift up to 25 pounds and, at times, up to 50 pounds for shipments/transfers. Schedule:

Flexibility to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.
