Proposal Coordinator
for our Northeast offices. As part of the Proposal Development team, the Proposal Coordinator will guide and facilitate a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects. Working closely with colleagues across disciplines, this position brings together diverse skills and perspectives to ensure each proposal benefits from the strengths of the entire team. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the full proposal lifecycle (kickoff, content plan, writing/editing, compliance checks, production, and on-time delivery). Develop and edit resumes, project sheets, narratives, and win-themes; tailor content to RFP/RFQ requirements. Manage schedules and reviews; track action items and drive accountability across contributors. Ensure compliance and quality (checklists, forms, certifications, formatting, and submission logistics). Create visual/brand-aligned layouts (Adobe InDesign) and package digital/print deliverables. Maintain marketing libraries (projects, resumes, boilerplate, stats, awards) and capture new content from project teams. Required Qualifications
5+ years of proposal coordination/marketing experience—AEC or professional services strongly preferred Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Understanding of RFP processes and compliance requirements. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Word; InDesign experience preferred What We Offer
