NOW CFO
Overview
We are seeking a
Controller
to become a permanent, full-time member of our consulting team in
Austin, TX . This is not a contract role. Earn annual salary in the range of
$110k - $150k
plus benefits. NOW CFO is a consulting firm delivering accounting solutions to businesses since 2005. Consultants provide accounting expertise, tailored to the needs of each client. We work collaboratively to help businesses succeed. Responsibilities
Plan, direct and oversee accounting operations (such as A/R, A/P, GL, payroll). Perform job costing, WIP, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, etc. Set controls, budgets and metrics. Produce accurate, timely reports. Accomplish month-end and year-end close processes. Standardize and maintain systems. Conduct internal audits; comply with external audits. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Contribute to management’s financial decision-making processes. Train other staff members. Orchestrate change. Qualifications
Degree in accounting or finance. Experience with consulting or audit (preferred). Analysis and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
