What you will be doing:
Maintain master bank account information including open/closing accounts, updating signatories, and completing and providing required bank documents.
Download and process bank and credit card reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Record activity in spreadsheets for Accounting to make month end journal entries to book activity.
Pull daily bank activity in Global Treasury workstation IT2. Process and code both outgoing and incoming funds to provide accounting at month end to record activity and complete balancing.
Provide bank activity reporting to various departments and individuals as required.
Process NSF and ACH returns and rejects.
Process stop payments, provide check copies, return customer check errors, and research bank issues.
Monitor and pull bank balances to perform sweeps of cash to concentration account.
Complete daily bank deposit for checks received in house.
Process daily AP check reconciliation file and process in JDE.
Reconcile daily EFT payments made in AP.
Order banking supplies for all locations.
Complete monthly bank fee reconciliation.

What makes you great:
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree in business or higher preferred.
1-3 years banking or treasury experience preferred.
Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; JDE and OBIEE experience a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and basic accounting principles knowledge including general ledger systems, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures.
Confidentiality.
Judgment.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of people including branch managers, senior management, global treasury, accounting, legal and banking partners.
