Controller
to join our dynamic and growing construction company. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to help guide financial decisions as we scale. Note:

Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across multiple entities. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Implement and optimize processes in
Viewpoint
(required). Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project managers, and executive leadership. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support audits and tax filings in coordination with external CPA firms. Qualifications
Typically a Controller-level professional with a strong accounting background and a solid track record. CPA preferred. Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction or a related industry. Proven experience managing financials for multi-entity organizations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in
Viewpoint
is required. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills—able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
