Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across multiple entities. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Implement and optimize processes in

(required). Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project managers, and executive leadership. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support audits and tax filings in coordination with external CPA firms. Qualifications

Typically a Controller-level professional with a strong accounting background and a solid track record. CPA preferred. Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction or a related industry. Proven experience managing financials for multi-entity organizations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in
