Overview
Assistant Property Manager for Senior Apartments at AHEPA Senior Living. This is a Full-Time role to support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations for Senior Housing Apartments and the community. Responsibilities
Assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community. Assisting with administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines. Creating and developing newsletters and social programs and activities for the residents in the Senior Housing Apartments. Qualifications
High School Diploma. Associate’s Degree preferred Experience in the field of Housing preferred Good administrative skills Office skills a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer and technical skills Ability to travel as necessary for training Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license About AHEPA Senior Living
