School Bus Driver - No Experience Needed - Training Provided — La Crosse, KS Location: 1310 Oak Street, La Crosse, KS 67548 Base Pay

Provides safe and reliable transportation service by operating a school bus or other vehicle on a fixed or changing route. Maintains on-time arrivals and departures while ensuring safety. Safely assists passengers in evacuation in case of emergency. Immediately reports any accident or incident per Company policy. Follows company policies around student and/or passenger management. Completes required paperwork (route changes, time cards, vehicle repair requests) and submits to the appropriate authority in a timely manner. Maintains a cooperative attitude with colleagues, supervisors, customers, and passengers. Safely utilizes vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios, and emergency equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Paratransit-specific duties may apply per location. Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age; for certain locations, may be at least 25 years of age per state law. Must possess, or be able to obtain, all valid applicable state licenses and required certifications to operate company vehicles. Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; as a safety-sensitive employee, will be subject to random screening. Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training. Must practice defensive driving and maintain safe driving and work habits. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, district, and contract-specific Driver requirements. Hiring Information
