Summary of Role As a Process Integration Engineer, you work closely with our engineering team on projects that may include process yield, cost reduction, integrated process capability, technology ramp and technology transfers. Work includes gathering and analyzing data, using data to define problems and drive improvements, summarizing and sharing findings and driving closure of the control plan to secure improvement. This position requires strong analytical, problem‑solving and engineering skills. This position will be located at GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction, Vermont.

Essential Responsibilities include

Define opportunities for improvement based on risk or performance against a key metric (yield, performance, capability, cost, delivery)

Gather and analyze data that enhances the understanding of the problem

Develop and test hypotheses of the root cause

Develop and implement solutions

Summarize findings and communicate across key stakeholders

Document and globalize learning

Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

Education – Graduating with Bachelors or Masters in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics or related field from an accredited degree program.

Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

Language Fluency - English

Travel - Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

Prior related internship or co‑op experience.

Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong planning & organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams

#NCGProgram Expected Salary Range $54,200.00 - $110,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
